The Texas Institute for Child & Family Wellbeing (TXICFW), has expertise in both foster care and teen pregnancy prevention. TXICFW leads the Texas Foster Youth Health Initiative, guides intervention development and testing, develops infrastructure and communications strategies, and creates a foundation for sustaining the initiative.

The Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services
The Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services engages foster care providers in this Initiative; provides training for child placing agencies, child welfare professionals, and foster parents; reviews organizational practices and policies; and promotes innovative interventions for optimal health outcomes in child welfare.
